Why should we switch to eco friendly detergents Conventional detergents might look an easier & cheaper option. But every time you use your conventional, chemical-filled detergent, you could be affecting you & your families’ health — as well as health of downstream waterways & aquatic life. Today, non-eco detergents are more likely to be a mixture of synthetic chemicals and additives cooked up in a huge chemical plant &, unlike traditional soap, they're generally liquids jirather than solids . The Indian Spotteddove is a small and somewhat long-tailed pigeon that is a common resident breeding bird across Uttarakhand.
Visit to Chapora Fort, Goa
Ye Dil Mange More .... Our visit to Goa was coming to an end & we had to drive nearly 500 Kilometers to Pune, however a child inside me was insisting to have one more treat before we cross the border of Goa & hence a brief excursion to Chapora Fort was finalised in the eleventh hour. To reach to the fort we had to take a steep climb of 300-400 meters, but all the fatigue simply vanished as once you get inside you get to see the GORGEOUS views! So although there wasn't much to do inside the fort, but oh man, some of the most spectacular views you could see of the Arabian Sea and nearby beaches I had seen anywhere in Goa. To sum up visit to the fort was a "Dil Chahta Hai" moment for us (famous movie Dil Chahta Hai filmed here).
